Terms & Conditions - the basics
- We accept PayPal(Friends & Family), Cash App, Venmo, Zelle, Credit / Debit, After Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay
- We do offer payment plans for dragons over $450 in cost; a deposit is required to hold the dragon.
- Want one of our dragons, but don't have the funds upfront? Consider our After Pay option, where you can receive the dragon now and make monthly payments using the After Pay program. Please inquire for details.
- Deposit must be made to put a dragon on hold. If no deposit, the dragon can still be sold.
-Deposits are *non-refundable*, only transferable to another dragon (for up to 6 months)
-Buyer Protection Guarantee! Enjoy extra peace of mind when you buy from this seller on MorphMarket. You will get up to $1000 if they fail to meet our standards.
- Overnight shipping with FedEx to your local hub. If the dragon is left at the hub for more than 4 hours, the live arrival guarantee will be voided.
- We don't recommend shipping to your house to decrease travel times. If shipped to your house, we can not offer live arrival, unfortunately. Shipping to your local hub for pickup is recommended.
- Please do your research on raising and housing baby dragons before purchasing. Make sure you have the proper size enclosure and correct lighting. We won't be held responsible for incorrect housing /setup. Incorrect setup voids any health guarantee. We may ask for pictures of your setup.
- All pictures are taken under LED lighting and UVB or outdoors. Dragons' colors can change depending on their mood and or lighting.
-We do our best, but don't guarantee sex.
-Due to the unpredictable nature of animals, we do not guarantee the temperament of an animal.
- Any issue after the dragon is received must be reported within 1 hour of receiving the package. Pictures/Video or FaceTime may be requested to verify. We will replace the dragon if any issue with another dragon of equal value. Any credit must be used within 6 months of it being issued.
