Shipping Policy

We ship to USA & Canada. Canadian customers are required to pay additional import and shipping fees.

We ship FREE with in the United States.

We ship Monday through Wednesday. We ship to you local Fedex Hub, must be able to pick up from your local hub. Shipping is overnight, the dragon is typically ready for pickup by 1030 am local time. Bring your ID when going to pick up your dragon. 

  We offer a live arrival guarantee , when picked up from hub with in 4hrs of arrival to hub.

  We use the shipping program through MorphMarket as they are experienced live animal shippers and offer protection.

  We don't recommend shipping to your house for different factors. We don't have control on how long they are on delivery trucks. Some delivery trucks have no AC or heat to regulate temps. Package could be missed handled by driver. Along with many other factors that are out of our control.

   When shipping to a home, we can not offer a live arrival guarantee for the reasons listed above.

  Shipment will occur on the day that is discussed by both parties. We only ship  Mon-Wed for next day delivery. If poor weather prevents shipment (this will be decided by us) then a new shipping date will be discussed.
