Any issue with delivery must be reported with in hour of delivery .

Deposits are non-refundable , only transferable to another dragon. Credit must be used with in 6 months.

Refunds- If you decide to back out of the deal after you have paid but before the reptile is shipped, we will refund your payment minus $100 dollars. $100 dollars is non-refundable. If I back out of the deal we will refund 100% of the payment (i.e. the reptile isn’t eating as well as we would like)

No impulse buying please, please make sure you've done research on keeping dragons. Will not refund in this case.
